Simple chickpea burgers: Fresh and zesty with gently warming spices and aromatic herbs. Filling, healthy and incredibly moreish. Try two each for a main dish or one each for a starter.
To make four you’ll need:
400g Chickpeas (Drained should be around 250g)
Bunch of Coriander
100g Breadcrumbs (Breadcrumbs aren’t clean/Gluten Free but can be swapped for ground almonds)
1/2 Red Onion
1 tsp Ground Cumin
Salt and Pepper
