The internet went into meltdown when Ed Sheeran released not one but two singles from his third studio album at back in January after taking a year hiatus.
This morning the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter announced a string of tour dates for his album ÷ (pronounced Divide) – due for release on March 3 – which includes two nights at Barclaycard Arena.
It’s not long to wait, as Ed will be taking to the stage of one of the city’s largest arenas on April 28 and 29!
The 25-year-old who first burst onto the music scene with his stunning track The A Team is currently taking over number one and two spots on the UK’s Official Singles Charts with his current singles Shape of You and Castle On The Hill.
In the past, Ed has performed colossal gigs at London’s Wembley Stadium as well as writing chart-topping hits for some of the world’s biggest singers including Justin Beiber and One Direction.
Pre-sale tickets for Ed’s Divide tour go on sale Wednesday February 1 with general sale released on Thursday February 2 at 10am. Tickets are priced between £44.80 / £77.80.
