Mango & Lime FroYo

Now that spring is slowly on it’s way, it’s the perfect opportunity to prepare for beautiful blue skies and warm weather – this mango and lime frozen yoghurt is a spring staple! Just four ingredients and one easy step (well two, if you count freezing your mango!) Makes either a soft-scoop style FroYo or if frozen after mixing, a firm-scoop one! Delicious either way.

You’ll need:

  • 300g Greek Yoghurt
  • 300g Mango (Frozen: Cut it & freeze laid flat, so chunks don’t touch)
  • 1 Lime (Zest only)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
