After becoming a household name in LA Ink, Kat Von D went from tattoo artist to global beauty phenomenon after a make-up collaboration with Sephora. Kat Von D Beauty quickly secured cult status, courtesy of its long-lasting formulas, high-pigment colour and cruelty-free stance on beauty. Eight years later, it remains one of Sephora’s most popular lines, with the Studded Kiss Lipstick in Lolita being the best-seller in the U.S.
Previously only available in the States, you can save yourself the hefty international postage as the range is now readily available online. Debenhams gave shoppers a first chance to buy the sought after make-up range on 13 September ahead of their October 5 launch in their Oxford Street flagship store.
Sales on the site boomed, outperforming those from Black Friday for the beauty division, with Kat Von D Beauty gaining 1000% times more visits than any cosmetic brand.
