Birmingham’s first all-vegan restaurant is now open!

Vegans and foodies alike are in for a treat as a brand new all-vegan eatery has opened its doors in the city.

Natural Healthy Foods opened up its second site on Suffolk Street on Friday March 17, following an incredible 18 months of trading at its sister store in Digbeth.

Unlike the original store, the new eatery offers both hot and cold dishes to its customers, along with a range of snacks and beverages using a range if diverse ingredients and cooking essentials.

Open seven days a week from 10am – 9pm, Natural Healthy Foods Eatery aims to cater for those who have or want to adopt a healthy plant-based lifestyle, but the dishes on offer are sure to please multiple diets.

The menu which has been produced by Birmimgham-based chef Nick Shrimpton samples various mouth-watering dishes including Sri Lanken dhal curry, smokey black bean chilli with walnut chorizo, creamy kale with ginger and miso dressing and zucchini spaghetti with creamed porcini mushrooms and truffle oil.
