Birmingham’s getting a new festival, and it’s an absolute corker!

From the people that brought us Birmingham Cocktail Weekend, a brand new wine festival has been announced for spring next year. Taking place from Friday 23 – Sunday 25 March 2018, Birmingham Wine Weekend will give wristband holders the chance to explore some delicious new wines capped at just £4 a glass.

The three-day festival will showcase the city’s ever-growing bar scene, with hand-picked venues offering two specially selected wines that will give festival-goers the chance to discover something new.

Organised by Living For The Weekend, Birmingham Wine Weekend is hoping to follow in the footsteps of its sister festival, and is set to bring 1,500 wine lovers to the city over the weekend from enthusiastic beginners to wine connoisseurs.

Wristbands for the festival are priced at £10 and give holders the chance to not only explore and try out some specialist tipples, but also take part in special events taking place at participating venues across the city.

While details for venues are yet to be announced (watch this space) you can get your hands on the first wave of wristbands from this Friday (October 20) which will be available at the special price of £8, so snap them up quickly as there are a limited number available. A second batch of bands will go on sale priced at £10 on December 1.
