Home to a number of luxurious shops, bars and restaurants, last week the Urban Room at Mailbox welcomed its latest addition – the stylish Tom’s Kitchen.
Founded by renowned chef Tom Aikens the restaurant, bar and deli officially opened to customers on December 30 last year. Last week Tom’s Kitchen – the first flagship to open in Britain outside of London – hosted and official launch of the Mailbox’s latest eaterie to add to its ever-growing culinary bow.
Guests were treated to indulgent canapés, cooked fresh by Tom’s talented team of chefs, live music, and to top it off the man himself also attended the lavish event, snapping photos and getting to know the people of Birmingham throughout the evening.
Offering an array of delicious meals that reflect Tom’s love of home cooking, Tom’s Kitchen is a great place to visit if you’re looking for somewhere to catch up with friends over an after work cocktail or a meal in one of the private dining areas to celebrate a special occasion.
Showcasing the best British ingredients the menus at Tom’s Kitchen offer everything from fish and chips to an indulgent chocolate and peanut butter fondant, and that’s not including the delicious array of brunch, lunch and bar snack options.
