Gaucho has officially announced its arrival to the city’s Colmore District.
Marking the first UK opening of Gaucho for several years, the restaurant is coming to the heart of Birmingham’s business district, 55 Colmore Row, bringing the true taste of Argentina to the city. Alongside business lunches, stylish evening meals and private dining, Gaucho will offer its famous Electro Brunch menu, wine tasting and beef masterclasses.
With sophisticated and luxurious décor, the rural Argentinian-inspired restaurant, complete with giant Ombu trees, will be a feast for the senses.
Matt Ford, marketing director at Gaucho, said:
We’ve visited countless sites up and down the country, watched the growth of various cities, and finally decided that Colmore Row is the perfect home for Gaucho. The food scene in Birmingham is booming and we’re very excited to be a part of it.
Whilst famous for its steaks, Gaucho will also offer a tempting selection of seafood and fish dishes, prime home-made sausages, and a range of lamb and poultry, all refreshed seasonally. And if this wasn’t enough, the wine list boasts a selection of over 200 wines; some of which are exclusive to Gaucho.
