Gin lovers, you’re in for a treat as Edinburgh Gin is set to host a delicious five-course dinner dedicated to your favourite tipple.
Friday September 8, the team at Edinburgh Gin are bringing their award-winning range to Sutton Coldfield’s Moor Hall Hotel set to tantalise your taste buds. Brought to diners by the hotel’s new head chef, Nigel Parnaby, a special menu has been created to complement the range of gins on offer.
The Edinburgh Gin team will be on-hand throughout the evening to tell diners all about the brand that’s fast becoming one of the most popular in the country. The evening will provide gin lovers with the opportunity to find out the history behind the gin craze and how Edinburgh Gin remains dedicated to distilling its award-winning gin.
Starting with smoked salmon and smoked trout rillette, with samphire, lime jelly, pickled cucumber, and walnut bread followed by gin and tonic sorbet. Diners will enjoy dishes such as a two bone rack of lamb, braised lamb faggot, juniper and chorizo jus, and plum and ginger pudding with cinnamon scented custard; before completing their culinary experience with Staffordshire organic mature cheddar, cardamom bread, juniper chutney, coffee and petits fours.
To shake up the evening, drinks expert Robert Wood has paired five stunning cocktails to pair with each delicious course. Robert has previously created the drinks programmes at The Wilderness as well as being head bartender at 40 St Pauls and The Edgbaston Boutique Hotel.
