Quick and hot getaways from Birmingham… resistance is futile

With April nearly over there’s a lot to look forward to in May – including two bank holidays. And as the bad weather continues to come down in Birmingham, the prospect of a last-minute spring holiday is almost too tempting.

Thankfully Birmingham Airport has a lot of choice when it comes to short city breaks, with Turkish Airlines covering an extensive range of places to head to for some much need sun, sea and cities. So if you’re wondering where to escape to this spring, here are the current top five destinations: 

1. Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

Dubai has a reputation for delivering the most luxurious holidays. From spellbinding hotels, to the world’s tallest building and world’s biggest shopping mall, there is so much to explore.
