A new street food event is launching in Digbeth

As if the city wasn’t already lucky enough to have Digbeth Dining Club and Hawkeryard as part of its ever-growing street food scene, a brand new addition is heading to Digbeth.

Introducing mouth-watering dishes for you to sink your teeth into, Street Food Saturday is launching at the Custard Factory on April 15. The foodie event will return to the venue each month, bringing along some of the most delicious street food and drinks to be showcased alongside Birmingham’s most favourite markets and festivals.

From German sausages at Yümlaut to flavoursome curries and chaats from The Indian Radoi, there’s something to suit every palate. Those with a bit of a sweet tooth can indulge in churros from Churros Susanna’s or a selection of delicious cakes from HMS Cupcake. In regards to drinks, there will be lots of refreshing beverages to quench your thirst and for all you gin-lovers, a selection of gin-based cocktails from The Gin Box.

Of course, you’ll be able to wash all your food down with a drink or two. For all you gin-lovers, a selection of gin-based cocktails from The Gin Box. So if you’re popping into the Bullring or just perusing the streets of Birmingham, having a quick bite and drink at Street Food Saturday will be a perfect end to your daytime rendezvous.
