Champagne bar Searcys will be celebrating all things bubbly as National Champagne Week approaches.
The week long festival which runs from Saturday October 1st-7th, celebrates the UK’s thriving champagne scene, and this year will be Searcys 6th consecutive year hosting the event.
Searcys has always championed the industry, and have some of the country’s best champagne experts in-house, notably Joël Claustre, who has the prestigious Master of Culinary Arts.
The Champagne house will also host an exclusive media preview today.
Following the preview, Searcys will launch the festivities at 6.30pm on the 1st October at The Balcony, Birmingham which is located on the fourth floor in Selfridges.
Guests can enjoy a Champagne G.H. Mumm cocktail on arrival, then taste four stunning cuvées from Champagne G.H. Mumm’s beautiful range, each paired with a matching canapé.
Journalist, broadcaster and Cordon Rouge Club member Oliver Steeds will also be on hand to deliver a talk during the tasting experience.[infobox maintitle=”For more information on The Balcony” subtitle=”Click here to visit the website” bg=”orange” color=”white” opacity=”off” space=”30″ link=”http://thebalcony.co.uk/”]
