They’re one of the most successful bands in the UK, so it’s no surprise that Take That have added an extra date in Birmingham for their Wonderland tour.
Gary, Mark and Howard announced a huge UK tour earlier this month which will take them across the UK to support their latest album Wonderland, which is due to be released in March 2017. The trio had originally announced three nights at Genting Arena on 1 – 3 June next year, but have since added an extra date on May 5.
With a career spanning three decades, Take That achieved seven UK Number One albums, 15 number one singles, won six BRIT Awards, six Ivor Novellos and sold over 45 million records.
For the first time ever the main stage of the Wonderland tour will sit in the middle of the arena. In the past their Circus Tour saw them travel on a giant mechanical elephant, and their Progress Tour featured a 70-foot man named Om, who rose from the stage. Take That are known for pulling out all of the stops in their arena tours. Tickets for their Progress tour saw them sell 1.34 million tickets in less than 24 hours.[infobox maintitle=”Don’t miss out on Take That’s Wonderland Tour” subtitle=”Get your tickets here!” bg=”orange” color=”white” opacity=”off” space=”30″ link=”http://www.gentingarena.co.uk/whats-on/take-that”]
