Open seven days a week, Tom’s Kitchen will offer diners delicious seasonal dishes and British classics including Fish & Chips with crushed peas, Tom’s Kitchen Burger, Sticky Toffee Pudding to share, and so much more.

The restaurant will also serve weekend brunch, with healthy dishes such as Superfood Granola with honey and Greek yoghurt, alongside indulgent choices including Tom’s Full English and Brioche French Toast with caramelised apples and cinnamon cream.

Tom’s Kitchen will also incorporate a lively yet relaxed bar, welcoming both diners from the restaurant as well as guests who fancy popping in for an after-work beer, pre-dinner cocktail or even somewhere to catch up with friends over a bottle of wine.

The bar menu will offer a wonderful selection of craft beers alongside classic cocktails, Champagne and fine wines from around the world, which have been carefully selected by Nicholas Clerc, wine consultant for Tom’s Kitchen.

For those looking for a quick bite to eat, Tom’s Kitchen also will aslo be located in The Urban Room, offering an affordable and express option for breakfast, lunch and afternoon treats, serving sandwiches, soups, hotpots, salads and homemade treats. The deli will be open seven days a week and will also sell a selection of alcoholic beverages, providing the perfect setting to relax after a day’s shopping.

Speaking of the launch of Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham, Tom Aikens said:

Birmingham is a vibrant and bustling city with a thriving food scene. There is already a wonderful array of restaurants in the city, and I believe that Tom’s Kitchen will offer an exciting new option for diners in The Mailbox development.
