From the mighty Harry Potter to the classic comedy Cool Runnings – the final listing of Bridleyplace’s annual Film Festival has been revealed.

Forget staying inside when the sun’s shining; grab some snacks and a blanket and head down to Brindleyplace and feast your eyes on some of the incredible films hitting the screen at the annual Film Festival.

Following a public vote which pitted the world’s biggest superheroes against their rival villains, it seems that good has once again come up trumps. Around 100,000 people attended the free festival last year, so it’s no surprise that it’s returned for its sixth year.

Running for one week at Central Square, the festival will kick off on Monday July 17 at 6pm with Marvel’s The Avengers. Restaurants including Wagamama, Zizzi and The Smoke Haus will all be providing takeaway food for film-goers to tuck into whilst taking part in the city’s ultimate movie experience.

As always, Brindleyplace is using the popular event to highlight the incredible work of NICE Centre for Movement Disorders to help raise awareness of the charity, and will be screening a trailer highlighting the important life-changing work they do.
