Next weekend the world’s biggest social stars including Zoella, Alfie Deyes, Marcus Butler and more are heading to Genting Arena for HelloWorld.
They’ll be joined by creators including Tyler Oakley, Oli White, Jack Maynard, Josh Pieters, Mark Ferris, Niki and Sammy, Jake Mitchell, JanaVlogs, Katie Pix, Lewys Ball, Lucy and Lydia and bands The Shades and New Hope Club and many more, which will see them appear alongside the likes of Caspar Lee, Jim Chapman and Louise Pentland – at the live event which will be taking over Genting Arena next weekend October 28 – 29.
And, with the brand new event just a week away, HelloWorld has announced that The Vamps will perform one song at the show, fresh off their world tour which ended last week.
Brought by the creatives behind the MTV VMAs, this world-first event brings together the biggest stars on the planet all together under one roof for the first time.
With a combined subscriber following of more than 150million people worldwide, HelloWorld will create a social media storm with an immersive four and a half hour show. But there’s more.
HelloWorld is a social experience like never before where online collides with the real world. Guests can step into a fully immersive YouTube world as they take a stroll down Main Street where the ‘town’ comes to life.
Bands are performing, the shops and funfair are opening, and the aerobics class is in full swing. The biggest stars in social media are getting up close and personal with their fans. There are live music performances, games, bake-offs, parades, a fashion show, a Giant Arcade Machine, live comedy, signings and talks, even weather forecasts! Yes, HelloWorld even has its own weather!
HelloWorld allows guests to interact with the social star heros like never before on a giant video arcade machine, a real life giant piano and giant sports stages where they can compete with top talent. Suddenly, the sun goes down in the town, a thunderstorm hits and the town in bathed in moonlight as the evening entertainment begins on the main stage – which, by the way, is a 12-metre high projected Emoji house!
Ticketholders can take part in makeup tutorials in The Body Shop Spa, go head-to-head with creators on a giant arcade machine as well as listening to talks. Plus, guests will be given exclusive access to their idols, where they will learn how to create the perfect vlogs – the lucky few will be chosen on social media ahead of the event so be sure to follow @hello_worldlive on Twitter to be in with a chance of being selected!
