Got that midweek blues? Get ready to shake things up as Birmingham Cocktail Weekend returns this week – and this year it’s bigger and better than ever before!
Running from Wednesday until Sunday, BCW will be taking over 50 venues across the city centre that will all be serving up a signature cocktail. And with drinks capped at £4, you can enjoy a day/night out in the city that won’t break the bank.
Alongside signature tipples, workshops and masterclasses will also be running at participating venues throughout the week, so you can learn more about your signature spirit or how to mix up your favourite drink at home.
Wristbands are priced at £10 and can be collected from this year’s Maker’s Mark Hub at the Mailbox, where you can also pick up your guide which will help you make the most of BCW19!
Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul Festival | Moseley Park | Friday – Sunday
Fancy a weekend filled with live music and delicious food? Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul Festival is back for its 10th anniversary from Friday until Sunday.
This year’s stellar lineup includes headline performances from The Jacksons and Burt Bacharach, alongside appearances from festival favourite Craig Charlies, Renegade Brass Band, Alice Auer and loads more.
You’ll also be able to enjoy food and drink from local bars and restaurants including Original Patty Men, Sabai Sabai and Bournville Waffles. Plus, there will be plenty of places to grab a drink or two in the sun.
