Vintage kilo sale & other great things to do in Birmingham this week

Another week, another storm! But don’t let the bad weather get you down. If music’s your thing, then there’s a huge list of acts coming to the city this week including The 1975, The Script, Goo Goo Dolls and some of the biggest pop bands of the 90s.

Get ready Birmingham, the Mormons are coming! Next week the nine-time Tony Award-winning musical The Book of Mormon is opening for a four-week run at Birmingham Hippodrome.

If you’re yet to get your hands on tickets, today (Monday 24th) only, you’ll want to head down to the Hippodrome box office, as tickets for the preview show on Tuesday, March 3, are available all at £15 – that’s all seats at £15 – until the performance has sold out.

BRIT Award winners The 1975 are back in town this week as part of their huge UK tour. Fronted by Matty Healy, the indie-pop group are set to release their latest album, Notes on a Conditional Form, in April. They’re best known for their hit singles including Give Yourself a Try, Girls, Somebody Else, The Sound and more.
