If pantos simply just aren’t your thing, then head on over to The Alexandra for its not-so-festive Christmas show, The King & I. It’s a Wonderful Life | Electric Cinema | Christmas Eve
One of the greatest Christmas movies of all time, this Christmas Eve, The Electric Cinema is hosting a screening of It’s a Wonderful Life to get you well and truly in the festive spirit. There is one screening taking place on Tuesday at 3.15pm. Christmas jumpers are encouraged, of course. Other screenings taking place include Cats and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Gin, Cheese & Chocolate | 40 St Paul’s | Friday
If you somehow have room for any more food, 40 St Paul’s is hosting an evening of gin, cheese and chocolate on Friday. Two sittings will be taking place, one at 6pm and one at 8.3opm, each of which includes a selection of the team’s favourite gins of the year, paired with either award-winning cheeses or handmade chocolate truffles.
