For a post-workout boost, BLAZE also has a smoothie bar which will offer a range of post-workout protein smoothies including ‘The Bull’, the ‘Floozie in the Smoothie’ and the ‘Cornwall Sweet’, all featuring protein whey combined with a range of fresh and healthy ingredients.
