Skullduggery at Tattu – from October 27-31
Award-winning Chinese fusion restaurant Tattu is renowned for its innovation and elegance, and this Halloween they’re delivering just that. Prepare for a sensory dining experience as its unveils Skullduggery. Inspired by the mystical Tibetan belief that the human and ghost worlds overlap, this dining event is more than a meal; it’s a journey into the supernatural.
The menu is overflowing with culinary and cocktail treats that pay homage to the spirits. You’ll find the trademark blossom trees transformed into ghoulish greens, setting the perfect eerie atmosphere; while mixologists have concocted a range of unearthly cocktails to keep your spirits high. Try the Deadly Dismay of Crystal Head, a blood-red candle-shaped, or explore the four Trick or Treat tipples, colourful mystery potions bubbling with dry ice.
On Saturday October 28, Tattu hosts a special one-off Skullduggery event – you can upgrade to a free-flow fizz package or add cocktails to your bill. After the sun goes down, enjoy your eerie elixirs with DJ sets and live music.

Presented by the incredible circus entertainers, House of Mash, the Day of the Dead Festival Fun at Resorts World Birmingham is set to astound with juggling, contortionist shows, aerial lolly-pop, and hula-hoop acts.

Silver Screen Spooks at Birmingham Botanical Gardens – October 28-November 5
Come face-to-face with some of cinema’s most iconic nightmares. ‘Horrors of the Silver Screen’ is a brand-new, after-dark immersive experience that’s perfect for Halloween enthusiasts. This spine-tingling journey will transport you to a deserted movie lot, where you’ll encounter a deranged film producer and navigate through terrifying scenes inspired by classic horror movies.
For adult audiences (aged 16 and above), the experience culminates with a live stage performance of Tales of the Macabre. To calm your nerves after the scare, there’s a bar and food stalls (please note, the event includes strobes, flashing lights and jump scares).

Halloween Scare Maze at Luna Springs – October 18-November 4
Get ready to face your deepest fears at Luna Springs, the Digbeth-based party venue. Its undergoing a spine-chilling transformation, offering a custom-built indoor scare maze that will keep adrenaline enthusiasts on their toes. The maze is designed around an abandoned nuclear facility in the heart of Birmingham’s industrial district. With the distant sound of alarms and the faint hum of malfunctioning equipment, there’s live actors around every corner.

Rocky Horror Time and Family-Friendly Halloween at Millenium Point – October 21-October 28
Millenium Point is celebrating Halloween with two events. On October 21st, it will be screening the cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show with Rocky Horror-themed cocktails.
The fun continues on October 28 with a Halloween Silent Disco. Dress up in your spookiest costume and dance the night away. Three Silent Noize DJs will battle it out for the title of top DJ, ensuring a night of thrilling music and dancing.

Join the fiendish fun, as Touchwood unveils a spine-tingling lineup of events. Enter the Pumpkin House, a hauntingly spectacular installation nestled in the central Atrium, and meet the resident entertainers, Uncle Doom, who will be creeping through the mall on October 30.
There’s also Prunella Pumpkin’s School of Wizardry, where you can test your magical prowess and discover the secrets behind spells and potions. Prunella and her ghoulish cohort of witches will be your guides on this mystical journey. They’ll be lessons in witchery and crafts where the little ones can create their own witches hat and wand. The grand finale of your wizardry education includes a spell and potion making masterclass.

ThinkTank’s Spooky Science Family Night – October 31
Venture into the museum’s eerie after-dark world, where you can put your courage to the test as you navigate the spider’s web maze or craft your own sinister shadow puppet and watch it come to life. If you’re up for some medical mischief, give the classic game Operation a life-sized try.
There’s also a Walking Tour of level 0 with Wind Swept Workshops, where hidden spooky stories lie within our objects along with creepy live science demonstrations in the Theatre during the Fright At The Museum Family Show. The cafe will be open from 6-8:30pm during the event, so gather your little goblins and ghouls, put on your spookiest attire, and join in a night of thrills and chills.
