The collaboration will see Orelle’s elegant Terrace and Café transformed into The Vineyard, a serene city hideaway where guests can unwind with exceptional wines, a curated snack menu, and live music in the heart of Birmingham.
The exclusive partnership brings a dedicated Nyetimber menu to Orelle, offering a choice of premium English sparkling wines by the glass or bottle. Highlights include the Classic Cuvee MV, Rosé MV, Cuvée Chérie Demi-Sec MV, and the vintage Blanc de Blancs 2016, each crafted from estate-grown grapes and renowned for their elegance and finesse.
To complement the wines, Executive Chef Kiran Suvarna has curated a perfectly paired bar snack menu designed to elevate the experience. Guests can enjoy Jersey Rock Oysters with mignonette dressing, Cheese Gougères, Wild Mushroom Arancini with truffle aioli, Fried Sole Goujons with tartare sauce, and a Charcuterie Platter featuring a premium selection of cold meats.
