Birmingham’s much-loved Colmore Food Festival returns for its 13th year this July, once again transforming Victoria Square into a vibrant celebration of the city’s thriving food and drink scene.

Friday 3 July & Saturday 4 July 2026 | Victoria Square | 11am–7pm | Free to attend

The festival showcases the very best of the Colmore Business District, bringing together independent favourites, acclaimed restaurants and local institutions that continue to cement Birmingham’s reputation as one of the UK’s leading dining destinations.

This year also sees an exciting wave of new additions joining the line-up, including Trillium, Cylla, Six by Nico, Cow & Sow and La Bellezza, adding even more variety to an already standout programme.

Running from 11am to 7pm on both Friday 3 and Saturday 4 July, the festival remains completely free to attend, continuing its commitment to accessibility and affordability. Visitors can enjoy a wide range of dishes through capped pricing and taster-size portions, making it easy to explore multiple flavours across the weekend.

Alongside the food and drink offering, the festival will also feature live entertainment, children’s activities and a demonstration kitchen, creating a lively, family-friendly atmosphere in the heart of the city centre. A new artisan element also joins this year’s programme, further broadening the event’s appeal.

Attracting thousands of visitors each year, Colmore Food Festival has become a key date in Birmingham’s cultural calendar, offering a unique opportunity to sample dishes from some of the city’s most celebrated kitchens in one central location.
