A month of Guinness, Jameson cocktails and shamrock-fuelled showtime at the Bier Palace
Birmingham’s famously theatrical bier palace, Albert’s Schloss, is turning green this March as its much-loved St Patrick’s Day Bash returns for 2026.

Running from until the 29 March, the venue will host a month-long celebration packed with flowing Guinness, Jameson cocktails, Irish-inspired dishes and the signature live entertainment that has made Albert’s Schloss one of the city’s most lively destinations.
For a limited time only, perfectly poured pints of Guinness will be flowing from the taps throughout the celebrations and once they’re gone, they won’t return until next year. The bar is also teaming up with Jameson to create a special menu of cocktails, including the smooth Irish Velvet and the refreshing Jameson, Ginger and Lime.
Irish-Inspired Dishes in the Cook Haus

Over in the Cook Haus kitchen, chefs will be serving a trio of limited-edition specials designed to bring comforting Celtic flavours with a Schloss-style twist.
Highlights include the hearty Cow and Guinness Pie, featuring braised shin of beef with parsley and bone marrow stuffing, served alongside double cream mash and hispi cabbage.
Seafood lovers can opt for the Smoked Salmon Irish Boxty, a traditional Irish potato pancake topped with baby spinach, sour cream, pickled red onions and dill. For dessert, guests can finish with a decadent Sticky Toffee Pudding, topped with a rich Jameson toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream.
Try Your Luck

Adding a playful twist to the celebrations, guests will be able to take part in the venue’s “Push For Luck” game across 13, 14 and 17 March.
Rolling the dice could unlock a range of prizes including baby Guinness shots, drinks tokens, indulgent puddings, Paddy’s Day merchandise, or even £100 off the bill.
Showtime, Music and Festivities

Of course, no Schloss celebration would be complete without its trademark entertainment. Across the month, the venue will host a lively programme of Irish bands, folk musicians and high-energy showtime performances, bringing plenty of music, spectacle and shamrock-fuelled shenanigans to the Bier Palace.
Running for just under a month, the St Patrick’s Day Bash promises plenty of reasons to celebrate in the city centre, whether it’s for a pint, a feast or a night of lively entertainment.
