With two venues in the city, The Alchemist may be known for its theatrical cocktails, but it’s also a fantastic spot for a delicious brunch. Every weekend, the bar and restaurants host a Balearic Brunch, where you can enjoy three drinks – there are four to choose from and you can switch with each order – and a delicious brunch dish for just £25. You can also pay an extra £10 to upgrade to bottomless drinks. There’s even a classic Ibiza soundtrack to get you in the mood for the weekend, whatever you have planned.

Tried and tested by Team Style, the Balearic Brunch includes tasty options of waffles with bacon, eggs and maple syrup, a full English, a breakfast burrito and plenty more. When it comes to drinks, there are two G&T options, a rose sangria and Aperol spritz. The brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 10am until 2pm.
