Founded by Kim Winser OBE in 2013, this British-born label is the go-to label for the modern working woman, with each piece destined to be a wardrobe favourite. “My philosophy for the brand was simple,” explains Kim, “I wanted to offer designs with qualities worthy of the luxury sector but priced more affordably. We began with simple, flattering designs that add easy yet polished style to our lives. Our passion was to help every woman feel more confident, dressed in clothes that fit well and flatter, that are comfortable and will last and last, just timeless. They are wardrobe builders and over time will deliver a collection of versatile, wherever, forever, favourites. The most sustainable clothing is the styles that we wear over again and may even pass down through generations. Winser clothes are to be collected and loved, not just bought.”
Fore AW21, super wearable separates in a statement palette of bold greens, bright blues and playful pinks sits side by side with cool casuals in the softest creams – all designers to transcend from one season to the next. “Autumn 2021 styles have been designed with a sustainable heart, to add to existing wardrobes and give each woman an instant energy boost and confidence. Cool colourful coats are major this season; as is knitwear in noble yarns – pure soft merinos, recycled cashmeres and silk. We are again investing in the circular economy, with limited-edition designs in the most desired catwalk fabrics.”
Winser London’s celebrity fans have come out in force to support the AW21 range. A-lister Gillian Anderson, fresh from winning a Golden Globe for best supporting actress in The Crown, has turned her endless talents to designing a selection of chic styles. Top of our wish-list is her iconic jumper, £195, featuring her own lips, and with 20% of net revenue going to support Women For Women International.
