The new neighbourhood will offer 398 beautiful homes for rent, creating a vibrant community with wellness at its core. Conveniently located less than a mile from Birmingham city centre and featuring excellent access to transport links including West Midlands Metroline, Moda, Loudon’s Yard sits adjacent to Edgbaston Village, part of the Calthorpe Estate – just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Birmingham City University, and a range of bars and restaurants including Chapter, Loki Wines, Simpsons, Smoke & Ash, The Blue Piano, The High Field, and more.

She worked alongside her husband, John Loudon, a renowned botanist, garden designer and author who designed the famous Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
