Amidst the enchanting winter celebration of The Great Snow and the picturesque blossom trees, Tattu, the contemporary Chinese and Asian-fusion restaurant, unveils its plans for the upcoming highlight of the year.
On Sunday, 31st December 2023, both devoted patrons and newcomers are warmly welcomed to join Tattu for New Year’s Eve celebrations starting from afternoon-into-nighttime. The festivities promise an indulgent array of food, theatrical drinks, and live entertainment.
Throughout the day, guests have the opportunity to relish dishes from Tattu’s renowned à la carte menu. This selection boasts irresistible delights such as the Seven Spiced Seared Tuna, fiery Szechuan Rock Shrimp, Caramel Soy Aged Beef Fillet, Shanghai Black Cod, and Mongolian Mock Beef.
Complementing these offerings, the in-house mixologists have curated exclusive cocktails for the season. Among these are The Great Snow, a refreshing floral drink, and the Zhanshi, expertly blending Patrón Tequila, coffee, blackcurrant, and oat milk for a deeper flavor profile.
Starting from 9PM onwards, the spotlight moves to a specially curated set-sharing menu complemented by a selection of either Tattu Signature cocktails or Laurent-Perrier Champagne. This multi-wave menu highlights Tattu’s signature colourful Mixed Dim Sum Basket (featuring wagyu beef, shiitake, black cod & prawn, and royal koi gau), Glazed Beef Bao Buns, Japanese Black Wagyu, and Green Pepper Lobster.
Guests can conclude their dining experience by indulging in fantastical desserts like the Winter Cherry Blossom and savouring the rich fudge flavours of Snow Leopard.
As night falls, Tattu transforms into a more hedonistic space, setting the stage for the approaching hour. Accomplished DJs will weave together deep house beats while a live percussionist will elevate the ambiance to an immersive level.
As midnight strikes, traditional lion dancers will perform before the party takes over once more, helping us mark 2024 in the most fitting way: moving into the next chapter with energy, vitality and passion.
