In the Chinese calendar, winter signifies a serene beauty, evoking royalty, dignity, and purity. It’s a moment of stillness, where the world embraces a temporary pause. To honour this season, Tattu’s iconic cherry blossom trees will transition into a crystalline blue, their branches gleaming like icy fairy lights, guiding guests through the darker months. Drawing inspiration from China’s northernmost provinces, where snow-capped mountains and bright stars paint the horizon.

Tattu’s esteemed chefs have curated a refreshed menu featuring elegantly crafted winter-themed dishes. Signature sharing menus emphasise smaller plates to encourage social dining. At the bar, limited-edition cocktails, including The Great Snow – a sparkling blend of Grey Goose vodka, elderflower, lemon, and prosecco, and ‘Zhanshi’ – a rich and fruity mix of Patrón Tequila, coffee, blackcurrant, and oat milk, will be available.

Additionally, the Snow Leopard, a unique dessert comprising honeycomb, white chocolate, and meringue, will tantalise taste buds.
