A new rental neighbourhood in Edgbaston Village has opened for reservations. Moda Loudon’s Yard is the first phase of Moda’s New Garden Square Masterplan, set to deliver an additional 2,000 homes across a range of tenures. This latest development from Moda Living joins its portfolio of thriving neighbourhoods including the first site in Birmingham – Moda, The Mercian – which opened in 2022. Moda, Great Charles Street’s 722 homes are currently under construction in the Jewellery Quarter and the development of an additional 1,000 homes are planned at Digbeth’s Stone Yard.
