Tattu Restaurants bring you the Tribe of Tattu Brunch

Promising to be a bank holiday party not to be missed, you can expect mesmerising rhythms, sumptuous spring dishes,  luxury cocktail packages and free-flowing Champagne.

Starting this bank holiday 9th April and every bank holiday Sunday in May (12pm-4pm)

Expect hypnotic tribal house rhythms

Inspired by the electrifying spirit of Burning Man and the Techno jungles of Tulum, you will lose yourself in the mesmerising rhythms of tribal-house provided by Tattu’s resident DJs.

Enjoy luxury packages of  Tattu Signature cocktails, including the iconic Skull Candy and free-flowing Champagne, alongside a three-wave set menu that features the restaurant’s hero dishes, combined with exciting new spring flavours and ingredients.

The iconic Skull Candy

The opulent interiors will be transformed for the occasion with geometric shapes pulsing across the walls, transporting you to a world of connection and celebration, where music, entertainment and a free spirit are at the heart of the party.

Menu highlights include the delicate Tuna Sashimi Flower, featuring Nori, sesame, and wasabi mayo, the aromatic Red Snapper Tom Yum, infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime, and our favourite the Tattu Wok-Fired Angry Bird – a delicious dish of chicken, roasted chilli peppers, and sesame honey soy.

We recommend that you round off the experience with the beautiful Cherry Blossom dessert, made with white chocolate, cherry, and candyfloss – it’s just delicious!

New for Spring/Summer at Tattu

Can’t wait for the bank holiday? You can enjoy the bright and innovative flavours of the new Tattu menu from 4th April. Highlights include the Satay Beef Ribeye served with papaya and tomato, and not to be missed, the fragrant Miso Glazed Chicken marinated in a miso glaze, accompanied by crispy leeks and tender hispi cabbage. For dessert The Phoenix Nest, a mouthwatering combination of peanut butter fudge, honeycomb, fluffy marshmallow, and delicate edible flowers that pay homage to the blooms around you.

Tattu’s skilled mixologists will also be serving up a limited edition Ruby Rose cocktail. This exquisite mix features the delicate notes of cherry blossom Everleaf Mountain and yuzu, perfectly complemented by the effervescence of Laurent-Perrier Rosé.
