1. The prize is 1 x £100 gift voucher for Sky Bar & Restaurant
2. Competition closes on Friday 29 December 2023
3. The competition winner will be selected at random by 05/01/2024. Please note that once the selection is made, the decision will be final and cannot be altered
4. Your voucher will be emailed to you by marketing@resortsworldbirmingham.co.uk within one week of the competition ending. Please check your inbox and junk mail regularly during this time to check that you have received your voucher. If you have not received it within one week, it is important that you contact the above email address.
5. Bookings must be made by calling the reservations team on 0121 273 1000. The voucher code must be provided at booking stage. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
6. Gift Vouchers are only valid for twelve months from the date of issue. On the expiry date, the Gift Voucher will cease to function, and you will no longer be entitled to use it.
7. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for other services and have no monetary value. When a booking has been made one date change may be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge.
8. Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed from the Brand to which they relate. Gift Vouchers cannot be sold, reloaded, exchanged for cash, or transferred between different Brands. We reserve the right to ask you to provide identification at the time of redemption of your Gift Voucher.
9. All guests must be over the age of 18.
10. Full terms and conditions and confirmation of the expiry date will be on the voucher.
11. The Promoters reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control and (if reasonably necessary) to substitute a prize of equivalent value / worth.
12. Resorts World Birmingham accepts no responsibility or liability to you for anything other than the specified prize. Resorts World Birmingham accepts no responsibility for any damages, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the draw or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
13. The details of all prize winners will be held by both the Promoter and the prize provider (“Resorts World Birmingham”) to validate the fact of prize award and to administer the respective prizes. 14. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
