Lulu Wild’s weekend bottomless brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm. Starters include crispy chilli wings and shiitake & shimeji mushroom truffle spring roll, followed by mains and sides.

With two venues in the city, The Alchemist may be known for its theatrical cocktails, but it’s also a fantastic spot for a delicious brunch. Every weekend, the bar and restaurants host its Icons Brunch, where you can enjoy three cocktails and paired with a brunch dish for £30 per person. You can go boundless for an extra £10 (*90 minutes only) and here’s even a classic disco soundtrack to get you in the mood.

Food options include French toast with maple butter and candied pecans; beans and Parmesan on toast; and loaded baps. When it comes to drinks, the list includes lychee and passion fruit gin, Bloody Mary and Aperol spritz. The brunch runs Saturday 10am-3pm and Sunday from 11am-4pm. If drinking and dining canalside is more your thing, it’s worth heading to Gas Street Social for a classic brunch at Mailbox Birmingham. Enjoy 90 minutes of the listed bottomless drinks for £19.95, then you pay extra for any brunch dish, large plate, burger, sandwich or main, which must be ordered to take advantage of the offer. The two-hour Flight Club Social Brunch offers you the chance to perfect your throw in the oche before toasting your champion around a table. Each guest will have a bottle of Prosecco while being fuelled with a delicious selection of pizza paddles. There’ll also be complimentary carafes of orange juice – all from £30 each.

Tucked away in the city’s historic Jewellery Quarter, The Button Factory’s bottomless brunch is available on Saturdays from 12pm-4pm, in two hour sittings. Chose either two courses for £38 or three for £42, with unlimited bellinis or prosecco.

Small plates include hummus with crispy chickpeas and flatbread, buttermilk fried chicken and crispy calamari; while mains include brunch stacks, toasted banana bread with whipped maple bacon butter, and ricotta hot cakes. You can view all the details here.

The boutique hotel, bar and restaurant in the heart of the picturesque St Paul’s Square offers casual drinking and dining in stylish surroundings, and is perfect if you’d rather avoid the city centre but still want to experience a buzzing atmosphere.

The two-course bottomless brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, 12pm-4pm, for £38pp, or opt for three courses for £42pp, with both options including prosecco, Amstel and a selection of spritz cocktails. Food options include honey and chipotle glazed chicken wings, hot smoked salmon salad, baked plaice and roasted gnocchi with Biscoff cheesecake, sticky toffee pudding and cookies and cream sundae to finish.
