If you feel like you’re getting a little caught up in your day-to-day life, then you might want to take a trip to Living Well UK. The pop-up, which has taken over the top floor of The Good Intent in Great Western Arcade, aims to deliver free workshops from yoga to fitness sessions and one-on-one therapy for those who need a little bit of support. Speaking of theatre, Sir Matthew Bourne’s The Red Shoes is returning for what is sure to be an unmissable run at Birmingham Hippodrome from Tuesday. Hailed by critics across the globe, this Olivier Award-winning production by Bourne’s New Adventures follows the life of ballet dancer Vicky Page, who’s passion for dance is challenged when she falls in love with composer of The Red Shoes, Julian Craster.
