With busy schedules, sometimes, finding some dedicated ‘me‘ time isn’t as easy as you’d like it to be. But Resorts World is here to make life a little easier during your visit, as it’s relaunching its popular Zen Zone that offers the perfect space for you to kick back and relax.

Giving you the chance to escape the hustle and bustle of day to day life, the Zen Zone will reopen at Resorts World on Saturday, September 21. It was originally designed as a pop-up during Mental Health Awareness Week back in May, but proved to be an absolute hit with shoppers, who enjoyed a wealth of relaxing yoga classes and a place to sit back and relax. Honest feedback showed that the space made a difference and had a positive impact on those with conditions such as anxiety and autism.

Once again, the Zen Zone will also be hosting weekly yoga classes and weekly morning meditation classes, designed to decrease stress, anxiety and increase productivity throughout the working day. It’s also available for private hire by local groups or businesses looking for a space for wellbeing activities.

Following the relaunch, Resorts World will also be marking World Heart Day (Sunday 29th September) with free one hour meditation classes in the Zen Zone, designed to relieve the heart of undue stress and encourage full relaxation. The sessions will take place at 1pm, 2.30pm and 4pm on the day.
