This latest development from Moda Living joins its portfolio of thriving neighbourhoods including the first site in Birmingham – Moda, The Mercian – which opened in 2022. Moda, Great Charles Street’s 722 homes are currently under construction in the Jewellery Quarter and the development of an additional 1,000 homes are planned at Digbeth’s Stone Yard.
