The stylish restaurant at Harvey Nichols Birmingham is no stranger to collaborations with some of the best chefs in the city and beyond. But this month, the venue is teaming up with a leading car brand for a month-long celebration of fine dining.
DS Automobiles is a premium car brand renowned for high-end design and cutting-edge, sustainable technology. This September it’s stepping up a gear by hosting a series of VIP supper clubs at four Harvey Nichols stores across the country, as well as a terrace takeover in the Knightsbridge flagship. Plus, it’s also launching a specially created cocktail, which will be available throughout September.

The supper clubs will see the leading French brand collaborate with Chef Tristan Welch, who trained in Europe’s best kitchens alongside Gary Rhodes, Gordon Ramsay and Michel Roux Jnr and will be hosted in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh.
Available for just 20 guests, the VIP dining experience will be held in Harvey Nichols Birmingham’s private dining space, on Thursday, September 19 at 7pm, with tickets priced at £50 per person. A luxurious menu will feature three French courses, including a Le Marais cocktail, an exclusive drink that’s inspired by the Parisian district’s boutiques and galleries. Made with Grey Goose vodka, Kwai Feh lychee liqueur and peychaud bitters, the limited-edition drink costs £9, or £6 for the mocktail version and will be available at the bar throughout September.
